Design
Designs are created with CAD programs and made into models with our plotter machines.
Graphic files are worked in MAC and PC environments and created with Illustrator, Artpro, Photoshop, Automation Engine-Plato S&R and Esko Studio Visualizer programs.
Chromalin approval is obtained with the FOGRA system in accordance with ISO 12647 International standards. This system is integrated with our printing machines and gives results close to 95% of the original printing of the box to be produced.
With the ROLAND VERSA UV LEC-330 Digital Flatbed Printer machine, we provide digital printed sample service to our valued customers.

We gave a new direction to the sector with the Tran-Met investment, which is one of the most important building blocks of our sustainable production policy. Printing
Our company, which aims excellence in printing quality and speed with minimum faulty production, always provides the best service. We are capable of applying Matte/Glossy UV, Effect lacquer, Soft Touch Lacquer and relevant techniques.
With our new investment, Heidelberg XL145-8+LYYL and XL106-8+LYYL machines, we have increased our state-of-the-art production capacity in offset printing. Our machines stand out with their 8-color double lacquer reservoir and cold foil features.
Our sheet sizes are 70x100cm and 100x140cm.
Foiling
We are able to perform Cold foil and Hot foil applications.
Cold Foil: By applying the cold foil process at the same time as the printing process, the deadlines are greatly improved and cost effectiveness advantage arises . With this application, the products are given a premium appearance while one-color printing can be made on this application as well.
Hot Foil: After the printing application is completed, Hot Foil process is applied on the desired areas, providing premium appearance.
Fluting
We have raised our production standards to the highest level with the «Agnati-Stock» corrugated lamination line in our second factory of 6,000 square meters, which was invested in 2013. Today, while shipping boxes gain a premium feature with the offset printing, they have become the most important packaging solutions used in automatic lines.

Die-Cutting
- Thanks to the Easypress system in Bobst cutting machines, job changeover times are shortened.
- Fully sorted special steel blades are used for the packages running in automatic filling stations.
- Cutting residues are transferred to the central waste collection unit and pressed automatically.
Gluing
We continue our production with our OMEGA folding-gluing machines.
Barcode and glue density controls on gluing machines are controlled by laser system readers. Thanks to inkjet printers, the production lot numbers, passwords and dates can be transferred on the box. Our machines have “security tape” application and camera control system.
Special Applications
Wrap Cutter
• Plastic or paper material cutting apparatus (used in Stretch Film, Foil boxes)
Window Patching
• With our environmentally friendly pet materials, special “flat or angular” window applications can be applied for your packaging solutions.
Trayform
• We can produce products such as Hamburger boxes, Vegetable and fruit boxes with our Special Forming machine.
